Bēhӑpē grew from Satori Coaching which was founded in 2011,  Our offerings are the result of experience rooted in the corporate world, the private sector, and grass roots entrepreneurism but most important – a belief in people.

About the Team

 

We know the success of any organization is dependent on culture.  That’s why we customize based on the gaps identified in the initial coaching conversations.  Bēhӑpē founders and coaches Madelyn Hamilton and Joanne Peck work with a variety of professionals from multiple disciplines.  They bring these offerings through bēhӑpē .

About Joanne Peck


Joanne Peck brings over twenty years’ experience working with a wide array of business professionals from the corporate, entrepreneurial, and not-for-profit worlds.  She has served in a number of industries, including media broadcast, hospitality and tourism, legal, food services, and the marine industry. Her finance background and years of leadership experience as a Certified General Accountant and Finance Manager have allowed her to interact with organizations on all levels, and Joanne has spent much of her career coaching senior managers and executives.  


As a member in good standing of the International Coaches Federation, and a graduate of Coach U —the leading global provider of coach training programs— Joanne is committed to partnering with individuals to help them realize their full potential, both professionally and personally.  Adept at seeing the full picture and identifying what makes people and organizations unique, Joanne brings a positive energy and humour to all she does and is passionate about working with others to realizing excellence in their lives.

About Madelyn Hamilton


As a professionally trained coach, Madelyn works with people to uncover what they want for themselves or their businesses. With a unique ability to see connections, Madelyn draws upon her extensive media and management background to cut through clutter. She is a national award winning broadcaster who has individual and group led accolades.  Known for her direct communication, sense of humour, and love of life - Madelyn brings passion and drive to all that she does. She founded Satori Coaching in 2011; partnered with Joanne in 2017 to expand the company's offerings giving rise to bēhӑpē.

The company, its products,  including its signature programs have translated into a cross-Canada initiative providing coaching, culture and leadership support in small to mid-sized businesses.  From the boardroom to the front line, bēhӑpē offerings​ set the stage for transformative change.
